Coach Lunchbox

Lunchbox, whose real name is something of a mystery at this point, operates from the intersection of three inexplicably connected hobbies: comic books, hip hop, and martial arts. This is reflected in his both his personal and teaching style. Introduced to Boxing and Shotokan Karate by his father as soon as he could fit a glove, Box continued to study different martial arts on and off through the years. In 2018, he fell in love with Muay Thai and got to work learning the intricacies of the sport and its' rich culture. In 2021, he joined the family at Metrolina where he is an active fighter and coach. Box has had the opportunity to train with quite a few great fighters and even some legends through various seminars and road trips. He hopes to pass along the spirit of muay thai as well as they do.
