Dennis's fascination with martial arts began with a childhood dream of emulating his favorite Ninja Turtle, Donatello, eventually leading him to train in Kenpo as a teenager; however, it wasn't until he met Ed in 2011, training Kali and Jeet Kune Do in a sweltering garage, that he discovered his true passion, drawn in by the technical intricacies of Kali and the opportunity to refine his weapon skills. Now teaching the Kali Fundamentals class at Metrolina, Dennis aims to impart his knowledge to students of all levels, aspiring to one day earn the approval of Master Splinter himself.
