Started wrestling in Elementary school. Has also worked with kids and adults with special needs, in 2009 Jeffrey and his brother, Coach Dalton, started their MMA journey together and it has been an on and off again thing until we found the dojo and have been training here ever since 2019.
Fantastic place to get in shape and learn something new. Ed is great at what he does and makes everyone feel so welcomed.
